Circulator Training

Paid circulators must complete an on-line training program and register with the Secretary of State prior to circulating any initiative, referendum or recall petition.

Circulator Training Program

Paid circulators may begin the registration process by viewing the presentation below and filing the required forms.
A paid circulator may not gather any signatures on or after January 1, 2008, unless they have successfully registered with the Secretary of State.
