BRUCE CRONK A VOICE FOR
ALL THE PEOPLE OF OREGON
Cronk will fight the pharmaceutical lobbyists.
The thousands of dollars drug companies lobbyists lavished on legislators has paid off.
Did our business owners receive legislation that would help them form prescription drug purchasing pools? Did the state get the go-ahead to force the drug companies to negotiate lower prices? Did the Legislature encourage Oregon to join other states in forcing pharmaceutical companies to deal with the states combined buying power? No, no, and no.
We import automobiles from Asia, import produce from South America, and allow nationwide access to Mexican freight trucks and their low paid truck drivers, but it's illegal to re-import U.S. manufactured medicine from Canada. This is not free-market capitalism, this is blatant price gouging by the pharmaceutical companies.
This outrage exists because the prescription drug lobbyists have bought off our legislators.
Bruce Cronk refuses to take money from drug companies because he will represent you in the Oregon Senate, not the drug companies
Legislation should help Oregonians.
- Tax law should encourage business' to remain in Oregon, not reward them for sending our jobs to Mexico and China.
- Unfair legislation increases the tax burden of working families and small business owners and decreases taxes for the wealthy.
- Safety and Health rules should put safety ahead of dividends.
- Over 45 years on the job has taught me what it's like to work under laws and regulations that were written by Legislators whose focus is on profits rather than on principles.
For all Oregonians
