As a native of the Empire District of Coos Bay I have been honored to serve the residents of our county. I continue to be a voice for the citizens of Coos County, and have worked hard to serve the public with integrity and independence.

We need a broad representation of Coos County and being a resident of Coos Bay/North Bend area, ensure that we have equal and fair representation. I have been someone that stands up for your rights, and if we continue to work together, we -not the special interests- can keep Coos County on track and not fall into the same budget crisis the state and federal government is currently in.

We need to ensure that we have open government, with leadership; we have more information directly available to residents on the internet, more meetings throughout the county and during the evening to increase access for residents.

We are at a critical point in our nation, and Coos County is in a better position, because of leadership, we need to look to the future to ensure that we continue to focus on public safety, our children and families, concentrating on economic development and infrastructure.

I appreciate your continued support and look forward to serving you in the future.
