    Alice and her husband Dr. Mike Norris, a family physician, have called Oregon City home since 1974. Their three kids attended public schools here. They have five grandchildren.

    Alice has what it takes to turn Oregon around. During 8 years as Mayor, she focused on progress not political games. Alice worked with bipartisan community leaders to:

    • Attract 14 New Businesses to Main Street
    • Lower Property Tax Rate for 5-years
    • Open a New Fire Station and Increase the Police Force
    • Build New Parks

    Alice understands investing in education creates a strong work force. Preparing our kids with an excellent education will make our economy strong and bring new jobs to Oregon. Supporting small businesses and sustainable practices will grow our economy. Alice will:
