Occupational Background: I have worked as a Sonographer for 20 years. Previous to that, I worked as an x-ray technologist for five years. Most of my experience was in the Portland area, working per diem at the various hospitals and clinics in the Portland and Vancouver area.

Educational Background: Graduated from Grants Pass High School. Attended Rogue Community College - Grants Pass. Pacific University - Forest Grove. Portland Community College (AAS), and Bellevue Community College, Washington.

Prior Governmental Experience: Precinct Committee Person.

Community Service History: Lane County AFP Oregon Chapter Lead; Steering Committee - Cottage Grove 912 Project; foster home for Russell Rescue. Campaigned for "Fund the Jail," in Lane County; campaigned for signature drive to put Measure 66 & 67 on ballot; campaigned on phone banks and distributed door hangers in opposition to Measures 66 & 67; campaigned on letters to the editor against Measures 66 & 67.

Family: Married for 25 years to my wonderful husband. No children. Four nieces, 2 grand nieces and 1 grand nephew.

I have decided to run for State Representative because the economy in this beautiful state I dearly love is in trouble and needs to be turned around. We must not continue to increase taxes and restrictions on the very businesses which create jobs. We need government to stop infringing on our private property rights. Parents need school choices so they will have more educational options when they are dissatisfied with their children's educational opportunities. Oregon needs people with true values and principles in the legislature now more than ever. If you are as concerned about our future as much as I am, I ask for your support and your vote. Thank you.
