    Good Government:
My agenda is improving the lives of the people of Oregon through efficient, effective and accountable government.

Service: I believe in standing up for what you know to be right, if we do not have capable government, it's because capable and honest men and women are unwilling to serve.

Compassion: I am running because I believe I can affect real and positive change in Oregon by serving as your senator.

    Representing Every very Oregonian:
There are a lot of people who do not get the representation they need in Oregon because they don't have the economic or political clout that others have.

Giving Back: I want to represent you and give back to the community that has raised me. I was born and grew up in Salem, the Willamette Valley is my home, and I want to create for it a future that I'm proud to share with my children.

Fixing the law: Making changes and corrections to the law where: there is ambiguity or confusion, the law in its theory is sound, but its application is unjust or unreasonable, or the law no longer matches the realities of everyday life in Oregon.
