“We need to look for innovative solutions for economic and budget issues.”
Seth believes that diversifying our economy will be vital to our county’s success. He will continue to encourage companies with diverse backgrounds to locate in Crook County, and he will pursue legislation to reopen the forests for sustainable timber harvest. Seth understands the importance of responsible budgeting and believes there are ways to increase revenues without raising taxes.

“We require a commissioner who gives the position the energy, stamina, and time it deserves.”
It is imperative that elected officials research issues from all angles, make decisions, and stand by those decisions. Seth has the energy and stamina to improve Crook County now and for the future and is willing to give the position the time it deserves.

“We need a voice to speak passionately at all levels of government to make sure that the best interests of our citizens are heard.”
Seth is committed to working at the local, state, and national level to improve our community. He believes the voice of rural Oregon deserves as much attention as urban areas, and he is dedicated to voicing the concerns and needs of our region. Seth will fight at all levels of government for greater county control because he feels each community should be able to shape their own future.

“I consider the people of Crook County to be my employer. I will represent the county as a whole, not just one area. I will be accessible to the people and I will never forget who put me in office.”
