Personal: Judge Baker and her husband have been married for 37 years and have three children. Judge Baker was raised in Josephine County.

I have served on the bench for over eight years and have presided over all types of cases including criminal, civil, probate, domestic relations, delinquency, dependency, child custody and domestic violence cases. In addition to my full caseload, I was appointed by Chief Justice De Muniz to serve as Presiding Judge. I have responsibility for the budget, personnel and case management implementation. I take my oath of office seriously and pledge to continue delivering sound, well-reasoned and even-handed judicial and administrative decisions. I grew up here and I am immensely proud of our community. I will continue to work hard serving our local court. I am dedicated to preserving justice for all.
