Signature Stamp Attestation

If you are unable, because of a disability, to sign your name on the voter registration card or ballot return envelope, you can submit a signature stamp attestation to your County Elections Official.

This will allow you to use a signature stamp or other indicator of your signature when filling out your registration card and returning your ballot.

Assistance Completing the Ballot

Any Oregon voter with a disability can call the County Elections Office to request assistance to:

  • complete a ballot
  • return a ballot

A voter can also request assistance from a caretaker, care provider or someone else the voter chooses.

Contact your County Elections Office for details.
